In this new read, by author Roxy Queen, we discover real life issues can affect all of your relationships. Sometimes asking for help is the hardest thing to do.

Audrey is suffering from a bit of “performance anxiety”. At the encouragement of her friend, she registers for an experimental sex therapy study. Not knowing what will happen she is hesitant but wants to be “normal”.

"I'm a twenty-four year old virgin with a broken vagina. I can't even give that shit away."



Graham, hot, sexy psychology student is doing a paper on the art of sex therapy. He is a bit of a ladies’ man, in his off time.



What do you do when you have a major penetration problem and your sex therapist is sex on a stick? You take advantage of everything he offers, to help you heal.

This unique story follows Audrey and Graham though her therapy, becoming closer and closer in a personal relationship and ultimately the happily ever after.

I loved the way this book catered to the reader. It was written so you could feel the anxiety in Audrey and the love that develops between Audrey and Graham. The plot is well written and keeps the reader engaged and pulling for the relationship to become more.

If you like hot, steamy sexy times, a great build up to the end and a super HEA, you should read this book.

I gave it 5 stars.

This book was given to me as an ARC for an honest review.
This author is new to me; I had no preconceived opinions about the book. I read the blurb, and then dived right in.
The writing in this book is totally unique to me.
It starts with a prologue that sets the tone for the book, moves to the main characters point of view in the middle and comes full circle in the end. I loved it!

You learn about Kliev King, a prominent businessman with a double life, a sad and depressing past and a secret he holds. He has a chance encounter with a “ginger” haired beauty in his office elevator. He lets her slip away but is drawn to her “light” which is such a contrast to his “dark heart”. He becomes obsessed.

Kinsley James, up and coming track star, waitress and all around physically fit cutie, works at a bar paying her way through college for her masters, crushes on her best friends brother and loves life.

This is a story you can savor, like a fine glass of wine. One that builds as it goes and draws you in, so you have to keep reading. The plot twists and the turns the author writes are amazing. It kept me engaged and wanting to find out more.

The end blew me away. Never did I see that happening. I can’t wait to read the next installment. A series I will follow, like bread crumbs, until the end.

Writing "The Dark Love Series" truly saved my life. In 2013, I was diagnosed with MDD (Major Depressive Disorder) and GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder). Depression and anxiety is the hardest things to live with. I'm not ashamed of it anymore, it's who I am. I'm beautifully broken. That's when I discovered I wanted to write, and Dark Love was born. I didn't want the story to end there, because I connected so much with all of these character, so Seeing Red was born.

Seeing Red has been a long journey, not only for me, but for my characters too.

I've dealt with writer's block on many occasions. Luckily, music cured that! My

characters have become my life. I feel like I live in their world sometimes, then I stop

writing and get snapped back into reality.

Without "Dark Love" and “Seeing Red” I would probably still be struggling with

severe depression and anxiety. I was lost for a while, but writing saved my life, it truly

did.

Being a published author is my dream in life. I'm dedicated to make my dream come true.
